Fully-supported long runs that fit perfectly in training schedules for Boulder Backroads, the Denver Marathon, Chicago, and other fall full- and half-marathons.
Courses are 80% hard-packed dirt, 20% concrete, with occasional mild hills. Course markings every mile. Aid stations with water, electrolyte drinks, and energy bars or gels every 2-3 miles. Post-race food and drinks, awards for top 3 males and females.

20-mile races: $20 in advance, $25 day of race

(from Denver) Take Hwy. 36 north to Sheridan Blvd. exit. Turn left at end of exit ramp to go north on Sheridan. Turn left into Westminster City Park at 105th St. Take the first right and drive to the north end of the parking lots near the soccer fields. The Big Dry Creek trail is just north of the parking lot. (from Boulder) Take Hwy. 36 south to Church Ranch Blvd./104th St. exit. Turn left (east) at end of exit ramp to go east on 104th Ave. Turn left (north) onto Sheridan Blvd., and take your first left into Westminster City Park at 105th St. Take the first right and drive to the north end of the parking lots near the soccer fields.

(from Denver) Take Hwy. 36 north to Sheridan Blvd. exit. Turn left at end of exit ramp to go north on Sheridan. Turn right (east) onto 112th Ave. Turn left (north) into Front Range Community College's west parking lot. The trail starts just north of the parking lot.
