Why did you start running/walking: I was told I was good at it.
Running/walking since: 1987 8th grade. Like Forrest Gump I ran everywhere as a kid
RMRR member since: off and on since 2000
How did you learn about the RMRR:  From the guys at BRC
Weekly mileage:   50 to 60 miles
Favorite place to run/walk: Bear Creek Lake and the Front Range
Favorite workout: Tempos, quarters, long runs and working out with the team
Most satisfying performance: 2006 Lair O the Bear 10 miler, won with a new record 1:08
Favorite RMRR event:  marathon training series 10 miler
What do you like about RMRR?  I can show up after being gone for a long time and I'm always remembered at RMRR races
