Running in the Denver Area
The entire Denver and Boulder metro area is covered with hiking and biking trails which provide runners scenic routes while avoiding a large majority of traffic intersections.  The nearby foothills offer a wonderful variety of trails to challenge beginners and the most seasoned of trail runners.

If you have information you'd like to add on an existing trail, or if you have a favorite route you'd like to add, please let us know by sending an email to trails@rmrr.org.
