Training/Running Groups

RMRR Training Groups

Track workouts

Track workouts are a great way to improve speed, endurance and overall fitness level for runners from novice to the speediest of rabbits.  Join us on Wednesdays for RMRR speedwork.

The track workouts are open and free to all RMRR members. Non-members are welcome to try a couple of workouts for free before joining.  See our track workouts page for locations and workout schedules.

Marathon Training Series

The Marathon Training Series is a series of 3 fully supported races that RMRR has every year to help runners prepare for the fall marathon season. The series consists of three  10 and 20 mile races.  For more information about the series, including the dates, location, and how to sign up, go to our Marathon Training Series page.
