- August Race Recap
- Positives – Volunteers, Scoring at the Race, Mass Start, race went smoothly
- Opportunities – scoring delay after race, printer options.
- September Race
- David R will have different bibs for MTS.
- Greg send FB post w/ parking instructions.
- Dave C sending out email w/ parking instructions
- 8am start time for TS. 7am for MTS. Need to start exactly on time so we can subtract an hour from all of the times.

- November – Not sure if Ric will be able to set up the course.
- December – Lisa and Ang will be the RDs.

- Attendance = 17 runners.

- Feb race will be the 3rd
- March 1st is okay even though only 2 weeks after.
- April 5 at City Park
- May 3 at Stapleton
- June 7 at Bible Park
- July 12 at Stone House
- Aug 7 at deKoevend. Concern is that Georgetown is the next day. Lisa Atencio w/ Masters is okay w/ 8/7.
- Sept 13. Race committee/Michael ask Bob Basse if he’s directing. 9/13 is the day we want the MTS.

- August Results. Results were finished yesterday 9/2. Adam was trying to tie the YTD results to the TS. Now that this is finished, it should just work the next time. Scott Newman will follow-up w/ Adam to take this over.

- VOM for August was Heather. Let’s make it Right of Passage. This group serves special needs youth and looks for opportunities to develop life skills.
- Katie Wiegand didn’t get hers from July.
- Deb will buy 6 Roost & 6 Amazon unless David R says we have those in the cash box.

- Website Help –
- Jack McCush has volunteered to help with the website. Dave C will talk to Jack.
- Cassi proposes moving it to Google sites. Google connects to the rest of the Google suite. Someone has to do the work to convert it. Once this is done, the excel files for scoring can just be uploaded. Can also share PDFs and other docs we have.
