Treasurers Report
– down from last year by about $1300. Not clear why.
– fewer members is the basic reason
– one other funny issue: hard to track cash from cash box, and Leslie tracks as cash.
– Expenses
– Race Expenses: permitting expenses are stable
– had ribbon expenses last year, won’t need for a while
– haven’t paid our RRCA dues yet
– Insurance: Leslie wondered if we were duplicating coverage with our separate insurance and RRCA coverage. Working with agent to figure this out. Only issue we have equipment that we need to
November Race
– well run
– had some issues with people getting lost and missing the final
– idea of running this as an out and back – start to the east, then loop around north
December Race
– lots of volunteers, including new people

– encourage people to “brag” on the Facebook page
– activate Club account on Strava, get members to join in
– talked later about 1/3 page schedule with all races – make available to members
Wednesday and Saturday Activities
– asked David to have Tim post Saturday runs
– want members to post other activities in Facebook
