No treasurer’s update
June Bible Park race
- went well, tons of people.
- Need to make sure RDs load the van with enough cones and tables – don’t assume last race left enough in the van.
July Stone House race
- lots of intersections, so David and Scott will need to mark well.
- David and Scott will take care of ice cream for post-race.
October Race – in Parker, Bob Basse and Eric Greene to direct
Volunteer of the Month – Dailey family for their work at the June race and the donation that Scott got us.
Marketing
- ad turned in for Colo Runner
- no other significant activity
- BRC – need to understand what’s happening. Check with Lene
- note: Lene says they’re waiting to see what changes come as well – nothing yet.
Scoring
- bought RoadID bibs to use for scoring – more visible, won’t fall off
- check whether labels will stick well – do we need to staple them on?
Fall MTS
- will have 4 dates: August 11, August 25, Sept 15, Sept 29
- Dave C load into active and update the app
- need to print app and take to shops
Track
- good turnout – had 15 at last workout
- want to connect with new running store – meeting in coming week
Future
- Dave C concerned that we don’t have many new board members lined up.
- General agreement, but no action plan
- Dave will build list of prospective people and start asking.
